Sit on your private balcony and enjoy watching dolphins (porpoise) in the river, commercial shrimp boats, cargo ships entering and leaving the Port of Savannah and Tybee Island's beautiful sunsets. These units are 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominiums, some with 1 or 2 bunk beds suitable for small children. Deluxe units include a dishwasher and all units have use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and BBQ grills.

Wi-Fi access is also available at the the swimming pool and admin office at the front gate.

Note: The beach on Tybee's north shore (Savannah River Entrance) is subject to strong currents during tidal changes. Please swim with care and observe all posted cautions.
