This second floor (3rd level), 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, corner beachfront unit offers spectacular views of the Savannah River entrance and the Atlantic Ocean - the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and the beauty of Tybee Island's sunrises and sunsets.

You'll have convenient access to the beach and pool area and it's just a short walk to the tennis courts as well. When renting BOTH units 206 and 207 at the same time, door access between the balconies is available.

Bay View Villas is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking and "vaping" are not permitted in the condominium units, on balconies, or in the common areas of the property.

As I've said before: friendly, professional, willing to so anything to help. Great group. Last time Erin helped out about changing our date of arrival to a day later and to leave a day later; she's always helpful and friendly. In the past she and Linda and Dan as well as others whose names I don't know have been marvelous.Loved every second. Will return in October and hopefully in 2020.
