This second floor (3rd level), 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, beachfront unit offers spectacular views from Cockspur Lighthouse and Ft. Pulaski to the Savannah River entrance and the Atlantic Ocean - the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and the beauty of Tybee Island's sunrises and sunsets. You'll have convenient access to the beach and pool area and it's just a short walk to the tennis courts as well.

When renting BOTH units C-207 and C-206 at the same time, door access between the balconies is available.

Bay View Villas is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking and "vaping" are not permitted in the condominium units, on balconies, or in the common areas of the property.

Dolphin Getaway

The location and proximity to the beach was amazing along with the uninterrupted view of the water. It was nice to find out they had a pack n play and a booster seat for our infant. Made our stay much easier. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again!

Dolphin watch haven

This was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. Clean, nicely decorated and looks to have been recently remodeled. Nice beach, plenty of things to do or just sit back, relax and watch the dolphin show all day long. We will go back! My only complaint was the mattress but the beach vacation experience far out weighed this discomfort. Forgot to mention the sunrises and sunsets are epic.

Your team is always helpful. Although we've rented through you before things change so they're sure to make sure we know the updated information.The condo was wonderful. The upgrades were unexpected but a pleasant surprise!
