This quaint Tybee Cottage, Under the Tybee Sun, is located on a quiet residential street and features large screened porches to enjoy coffee, cocktails, or a meal outdoors and a Private Pool in a fenced back yard. The beach is a short walk away, about 3 short blocks, as is the Tybee Island YMCA and Memorial Park with tennis volleyball, and basketball courts, a playground, and picnic tables and grills. A great cottage in a great location for your Tybee vacation!

PLEASE NOTE: Dogs are not allowed on the beaches anywhere on Tybee Island – see Tybee Beach Rules. Violators are subject to a $300 fine on the first offense! Make sure you make arrangements for proper care for your pet before heading to the beach!

Please pick up and properly dispose of your dog’s waste; do you, or future guests, want to smell, or step in, previously deposited dog poop? We think not. Tybee does have two Dog Parks located at the intersection of Van Horne and Fort Streets between the Police Station and River's End Campground and RV Park. For practical reasons, the dog parks are only open from dawn ‘til dusk.

This was our first time at tybee island and it wont be the last!!Under the tybee sun is a fabulous cottage if you like a cheerful beachy atmosphere! Very well stocked and plenty of room for 9 women and all there stuff!!!
