Good location on island but needs some TLC

I wish I could give and overall rating of 5 stars but property needs some minor repairs and updating. One bed definitely needs to be replaced - major sag in the middle. Otherwise, the cottage was comfortable & clean. I informed the rental office and there were receptive to my observations/suggestions. The primary reason for our visit was to see Savannah so we didn't spend lots of time at rental; however, it was adequate for our needs.
