Sit on your private balcony and enjoy watching dolphins (porpoise) in the river, commercial shrimp boats, cargo ships entering and leaving the Port of Savannah and Tybee Island's beautiful sunsets. These units are 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominiums, some with 1 or 2 bunk beds suitable for small children. Deluxe units include a dishwasher and all units have use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and BBQ grills.

Great year end getaway

This little gem is in a perfect location close to everything! The view from the deck is spectacular and the boat, cargo ship, shrimp boat, dolphin tour boat traffic is never ending. Dolphins spotted daily! We would definitely stay here again! Very quiet area❤️❤️

Chilling by the river.

Always a great stay at Tybee. Clean accomodations. Plenty of towels and linen. Easy check in process. Friendly agents. Great Wi Fi too.

Perfect location

Our stay was wonderful! The location and the view from our balcony was perfect! We enjoyed watching the ships going in and out and the dolphins playing right in front of us! We will definitely stay here again!

"Dolphin tour" from your deck!

Wonderful location - this water facing unit offers spectacular entertainment for sunrises, sunsets, dolphin shows 😉 and more. We love this part of the island for its quiet and calm waters. These units are tight but we enjoyed every moment!
